Tuition
Tuition is due in advance
of each four-week period. Notices will be sent home the last week
of the previous period. Students may be asked to observe a class
if tuition is not received on time.
There is no
reduction for missed classes! If you should miss a class, you
may attend another class during that same tuition period to make
up the missed class. If you must withdraw from a class, please
notify the studio to discontinue billing.
Payments
Please bring the correct
change if possible, in an envelope labeled with the student's name.
Checks should be made out to Trinity Valley School of Ballet. There
will be a $35.00 charge for any returned check and that payment must
be repaid in cash. There is a $10.00 late fee for accounts 30 days
past due.
Inclement Weather
In the event that Keller
I.S.D.
cancels school for inclement weather, we will also be closed unless
it clears by afternoon. Please
call the studio for information. These classes will be made up or
credited.
Waiting Students
All students are asked to
wait inside the studio until their ride arrives. For your child's
safety, please help us enforce this. Please be on time to pick up or
drop off your child.
Waiting Parents
Please do not bring food or
drinks, except water bottles, into the studio in order to keep the studio clean and
beautiful. Hair
All dancers with long hair
MUST tie it back in a bun or clip. Ponytails are not acceptable for
ballet class. Please keep pins, elastics, and clips in your ballet
bag. Dress
All dancers MUST wear street
clothes over their leotards and tights when coming to and from the
studio. For your child's comfort and protection, I consider this an
important aspect of training and dance shoes will last longer if
only worn in the studio. Class
